Since I was a child, I found in art a place of enchantment, where every brushstroke connects me to the magic of the world and the depth of my essence.

My artistic journey began with the practice and study of jewelry design during high school at António Arroio in Lisbon. There, I discovered a fascination for creating unique pieces that tell stories and capture the beauty of the world around me.
This was just the first step in a journey of self-discovery and continuous learning.
After completing this course, I decided to follow my passion for art and enrolled in university to study Fine Arts. At ESAD (Escola Superior de Artes e Design) in Caldas da Rainha, I immersed myself deeply in the world of artistic expression and the connection between the material and the spiritual. I explored techniques, concepts, and inspirations that would shape my future work.
Expanding Horizons and New Possibilities
Determined to expand my horizons and explore new possibilities, I also searched for knowledge in other art-related areas. I took a course in fashion design, where I explored the intersection between art and utility, which served as an inspiration and as an impulse for the evolution of my artistic journey. Each creation embraced a sense of dynamism and versatility.
More recently, I discovered a new passion: Art Therapy. Fascinated by the transformative power of art as a therapeutic tool, I chose to deepen my knowledge by starting a new journey in this field. This dive into Art Therapy brought with it a deeper understanding of the healing potential of artistic expression and reinforced my commitment to using art as a means to promote well-being and self-awareness.
Waldorf Pedagogy
Additionally, I ventured into the study of Waldorf pedagogy, recognizing the importance of education and the holistic development of future generations. Through this course, I sought to integrate the principles of Waldorf pedagogy with my work in Art Therapy, exploring new ways to nurture the soul and promote personal growth through art, nature, and holistic education. In this way, my journey as an artist is marked by a quest for knowledge, inspiration, and self-development.
Each course and experience contributes to my evolution as an artist and as a human being, feeding my creativity and passion for art as a means of expression, healing, and transformation.
Through my creations, I seek not only to adorn the world but also to awaken the soul, nourish the spirit, and celebrate life in all its fullness.
